La Quinta by Wyndham Cocoa Beach Oceanfront

The property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mr Berry went out of his way checking on guests and looking over the property. My stay was exceptional and the location is perfect. The hotel is steps from the beach, pier, and restaurants. Publix grocery is across the street.

Could be tad cleaner Made us wait nearly the entire time to check in as close to 4 as possible MC convention at next door Best Western very noisy but they didn’t go past 10 revving their bikes and such

Staff was awesome! Location was perfect!

Our room had dying bugs! Floor was filthy and smelled musty! It really just needed a GOOD sanitizing clean!

Such lovely hotel employees especially GM Shane who went above & beyond & Matt who made sure plentiful supply of great , really yummy breakfast offerings! I appreciated their hospitality so much & will definitely return

Nothing - all perfect

This hotel lied to me about the room type I had. I told them that I wanted oceanfront and they said that I had ocean view/ pool side. I told them I did not want pool side and he said he would make sure I didn't get pool side. A few days later I accidently found out that the room was poolside. When I called them out about it, they did not care and said they could not give me an oceanfront room as they had no availability. They didn't try to find a different hotel for me or anything. When I cancelled the room they then tried to SELL me a package for timeshare! They never cared...beware!

The air conditioning added alot of moisture to the room. We visited another hotel 2 doors down and the room was very dry on the beach.
