There was a rug in the bathroom that was dirty.
DEMost of the staff is super nice and helpful, even beyond hotel stuff, i.e. with questions about the busses. The room was very fitting for the price.
You hear everything a lot louder when people are talking in the courtyard. Luckily most people were considerate late at night.

CAExcellent accommodations central to old Sucre. Facilities are well organized and convenient; Suzanna at check is friendly and most very helpful. Everything is close at hand. I would heartily recommend to family, friends, and budget travelers.
