Friendly staff and comfortable room

We drove up to attend my nephew’s Mormon wedding. Horrible hotel over run with drunk people who even took over lobby. This started the first night and continued only worse the 2nd night. The Night manager did nothing to stop this large group from running up and down halls slamming doors all night. They had totally taken over the lobby on the 2nd night. It wasn’t safe to stay there. We left at about 2 am to drive to another hotel and hour away. Not safe to stay there. They still refuse to give us a refund for our 2 rooms for that 2nd night. So I paid for that night at 2 hotels. Wish we never stepped foot into this hotel. Corporate office did absolutely nothing when I reported problem at 3 am. I’ve called them numerous times too. It’s also dirty with no housekeeping. The manager of hotel thinks it’s funny saying corporate just sends my complaints back to him. I’ll never ever stay at a holiday inn property again.

Spaciousness

Some staff has general operational Issues. Need to serve the guest Better. No handicapped handrails in showers. Showers were Slimy slick. Hard to stand in a shower. I use a cane to Walk and had a hard time Using the Shower in my Expensive Room.

They put me on a floor that smelled like dogs and dogs were barking all day in the rooms around me

Very nice breakfast and excellent staff. Check in also smooth and helpful.

Everything was good except for them running out of food at breakfast. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Room was comfortable.

Location and cleanliness Staff was very nice

Beds heights are too high, especially for older people. Water pressure was terrible. Hard to wash up or even brush your teeth or wash your hair. Bath tub was very slick to stand in to take a shower. The hotel needs more handicap parking instead of worrying about electric vehicle charging.
