This was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a very long time. The service we received was very personal and the gentleman, at the front desk, when we checked late, in the evening was accommodating and personable. The 4th floor room #424 was clean, and had sufficient towels, soap, etc. for 3 persons. TV and other things in the room were all functional. The room was temperate. The best of all was the continental breakfast. Old fashioned buscuits and gravy, fluffy eggs, sausages, and country potatos, etc.’ etc. The coffee bar was great! It was also nice that everything stayed fresh until 10:30am when they closed. We will definately stay here again!

Love the location, convenient to everything!

The second elevator was out of order all 5 days! Disappointed we didn’t get a room with walk in shower. As we age stepping over a tub can be a fall hazard. We don’t need a handicap room. There should be away we can request and get a walk in shower!

"Unauthorized holds on my credit cards!"

My credit card was run for the room the night before check-in. I provided another credit card at check-in for incidentals. Overnight they put another hold on my first credit card for another night stay charge (this was a one night stay) and they put a hold on my second credit card for a full night stay. In all, they (without authorization) put holds on my credit cards for two additional nights. Front desk was extremely unhelpful and blamed it on me for giving a second card. To be clear, I stayed at the hotel for one night but they put holds on my credit cards for three nights. 24 hours later, the unauthorized holds are still showing on both my credit cards! And, as for the room, the tub was dirty and the conditioner bottle had body lotion in it. Horrible experience!
