Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Yorkville by IHG

My experience is the customer service is amazing, the staff is welcoming and great hospitality. They make you feel like family with warmth, humor, music and offer to help with anything you might need. The entrance is warm and cozy. The coffee and food is delightful. The rooms feel like a home away home oasis from the color scheme, lighting, bedding, layout of the room and the bathrooms are so inviting. The mini refrigerator and microwaves. The desk and set up for luggage and cabinets. Its a place to be a student, remote business work, vacation, future weddings, business events, parties, and so much more. Holiday inn Yorkville is a peaceful place to enjoy time away from your real life but have an amazing time doing it. It has place to walk to from restaurants like Grace, Station One ,a swimming pool within the Holiday Inn at Yorkville and so much more to offer including.

Very Nice employees and very helpful with everything. Very clean and calm atmosphere and everything food or fun wise is close by the hotel

The hotel was located in a good area with restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was good. I like hot food. It was clean, this is why I pick holiday inns

My room smelt like burnt marijuana. Very unhappy about this. I’m sure the Holiday INN rules do not allow smoking of any kind. I was in law enforcement for 33 years, plus a K9 handler for 7 of those years and I cannot stand the smell. Also it looked like the hotel is adding on, but it looks like the project is going very slow. This blocked off a large area for parking. I traveled with my boat. It was difficult to find a place to park. I had to take up several stops
