Hotel Boutique Restaurant Kran Kreen

It looks and feels modern. My room had a skylight which was a nice touch. The pictures are pretty accurate. It's also incredibly well located and within walking distance of the city centre

The rooms are locked with a code - which I have very good reasons to suspect was the same for every room. Additionally, the staff member who showed me my room told me the code fairly loudly while standing in the hallway. I asked them if I could change the code, but they never got back to me. Although Punta is a fairly safe place, I didn't like this practice very much. In addition to this the hallway is quite noisy! So bring earplugs.

I stopped at the Hotel for only one night on the way to Puerto Natales. I arrived on a night flight (2h30 a.m) and I was very happy for its 24hrs front desk reception. I had a good night sleep there. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful.

Location and comfort.

The hostel is clean, well maintained and friendly service. The beds are comfortable and showers has lots of very very hot water. The hotel is centrally located so can walk every where. Breakfast is free (coffee, eggs, toast, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereal and fruit salad). Also can take breakfast to go.

Very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. Highly recommended!

The staff was wonderful and helpful. Restaurant was good, room was plenty big enough for our one night stay as we prepared to fly out the next morning. The dinner was good too which was nice after a long day.

The bathroom could have been cleaner

Lovely little hotel. Everything smelled fresh from the moment you walked into the lobby. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Cute little restaurant at the hotel, and a nice breakfast included.

This hotel was imposed on us by LATAM following a delay. We were delighted Is it a little dated? yes, but it was clean and dry and the beds were wonderful Is the breakfast basic? yes, but it was homely, delicious and truly genuine Patagonian breakfast. The food is absolutely basic, but stunningly wonderful. The beef with mixed salad was to die for and i could eat that every single day. We did not have a single poor meal here. If nothing else, pop in here for lunch. I will absolutely go back and stay here again!
