"Central, clean, friendly, hassle-free!"

I stay here every time I visit Bombay - from the chaps on the ground floor there to assist with bags etc, the lift-man, reception staff, room cleaners - everyone is wonderful. And you feel safe too.

The roof terrace could be made in to something fabulous (currently not a facility).

Good supporting staff. Great location.

Didn't have breakfast as it was too limited. The hotel needs a upgrade to be in sync with today's times.

Location, staff, size of the room, heritage value

Cold water bottles were charged, No tea, Coffee kettle in the room. Drinking water supply in bottles was much needed given the hot climate.

Location is best. Near to all attractions. Hotel is old. but they are able to maintain it properly. Hotel Staff was very helpful. didnt tried the breakfast. some plumbing problems i have observed but that's fine.
