The SeaScape Inn

Great location! The beach is pretty much across the street! Cute neighborhood! A few restaurants and a surf vibe. The room was clean, had a huge TV and free parking in SF is a life saver!

My room was on the main street and I could here the trollies all night. Request a room in the back of the hotel if you're a light sleeper.

We were able to check in a little earlier and there was ample parking at 3pm. The hotel is located to a good coffee shop and also the turn around for the tram to SF. The sand dunes were literally across the Great Highway, so we enjoyed walking along the beach and then through the nearby Golden Gate Park and restaurants in that area. The vibe around the hotel was very different from the city - surfers and more relaxed.

I did hear the trams during the night - but no traffic and I didn't hear any neighbors.

Location was good, right by th beach and easy access to public transport that takes you to the centre and main attractions. Free parking available was a great addition, especially in San Francisco where it's rare to find properties with free parking

The room was extremely dusty, there was some rubbish on the floor which looked like a used tissue or something similar, the AC was also dusty which meant that if you turned it on you would be coughing and struggling to breathe which also meant the room got really cold in the night since we didn't want to put the AC on. The rooms were definitely not soundproof and we could hear everything from the hallway and outside
