Lamie's Inn and The Old Salt Restaurant

Last night we were seated at 6:45. Our waitress Sydney P came over about 10 minutes . We asked for water. About another 10 min our water came. We than ordered.My husband had the fish and chips Fish was ok but the fries weren't cooked thru. I ordered the baked stuffed shrimp. It was cold and so dry. Our meal finally came about 25 minutes later. We also ordered a bottle of wine but she never opened it!!!! The wine would have been good to enjoy before the meal came but it came with the meal unopened. She was nice and kept telling us the kitchen is busy but both tables on either side of us got their meals. Sorry I can't say anything good about this restaurant .

I loved that it was dated, but I hated the mattress. I woke up with back pain. The mattress is old spring.

The historian at the front was extremely friendly. What a gem of a man. The inn itself was GORGEOUS! Even though the rooms were small, it felt like you stepped back in time. This red headed hostess with glasses was very standoffish though. Did not greet guests with customer service at all. Also the food was a 6.5/10. The mud pie was amazing but they served green beans as a side vegetable. Just plain boiled, absolutely no seasonings or sauteeing. Overpriced entrees a tad. Cocktails were great though and a good price.

Great historic building with nice amenities and wonderful staff

The room was very comfortable and staff was very friendly. Loved having the restaurant right ithe hotel. Food was great and good selection.

Excellent Hôtel avec un bon restaurant a même l'hôtel. Près de tout personnels sympathiques très propres.

Nice continental breakfast - agreeable staff and short drive to the beach (about 5min). Plenty of parking.

We would definitely return to Lamie’s we had a lovely stay

Loved this property for our 4 night stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Bob at the front desk was so helpful and willing to offer information!

Place is nice, a little dated, but very comfortable, and staff was great
