Outbound Stowe

No chair to sit in room ,no shelf in bathroom

The pool size exceeded my expectations. The local day guests did not supervise their toddlers creating chaos.

A great combination of trendy and classic. My teenage son really enjoyed the motel. The hot tub, pool, and outdoor chess were a big hit. Beds were comfortable. Only downside is not much of a breakfast option.

We were surprised by the simplicity of the room but it was clean & cozy. We happened to stay over a Monday when Outbound opens their pool to the local community to enjoy. They even host a local band that was really good. There were nicer accommodations on the property, I just don’t know their price point.

What a great property. I’m on a solo motorcycle trip in this facility is beautiful Stowe is beautiful.. Well appointed facility with beautiful landscaping nestled in a small valley. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Room was great except no chairs. Staff is very knowledgeable of the area very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed it so much. I stayed an extra day! And I’ll stay here again if I’m in the area. Super nice place.

The good - The property is unique, clean, and overall welcoming. All of the staff that we encountered were really friendly. If you are here in the summer you have to make it a point to check out the stream in the back. The water is so clean and it’s very picturesque. The bad- The bathroom in the room had no working ventilation, it was very very humid and just never seemed to dry out. The common area in our building was just blah and the door was left open a lot so there were a ton of beetles inside. The beetles in general were a pain, they are EVERYWHERE outside, but that was everywhere we went in Vermont this season. The resort cannot likely help that. Overall the place is great and I would not hesitate staying again.

Great stay! Friendly staff, beautiful pool & nice bar/restaurant on property. Wonderful community hangouts on Mondays during the summer months. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful property

Stayed here on a solo hiking trip with my dog- excellent for bringing a dog with you with LVT flooring to help keep things clean, a dog bed and bowl and toy, and lots of green space to walk them. The room was basic and more rustic than a luxury hotel but it met my needs and budget and I felt perfectly safe as a single female. The room had a mini fridge and hot pot for coffee or tea and the pool area was pretty great with a large pool and plenty of seating. It's walkable to several restaurant in downtown Stowe. I would return if I travel to that area again and plan to be active and want a home base for outdoor adventures.
