"Availability calendar may be “bait and switch”"

Caution: online promo led to availability calendar showing attractive rates per specific dates. Selection of those dates led to a much higher price. Called the hotel directly and explained this. Was told the price is actually what’s offered after selecting dates. So, availability calendar showed 153, 133, 117… leading to opportunity to book at 177 per night. (Huh?). Oh, and they accept pets for and additional fee of $50 per night. The place looks nice, but we won’t be staying there.

Hotel was great, grounds were lovely, pool area has a great vibe and is a fun space to relax. Bar has good drink options. Good place to bring your family for a get away. Housekeeping could be a little more thorough, had to call to get trashes emptied. Other than that everything was great, will be going back.
