The ocean front property provides ocean views for every room.

The property is tired and run down. At the very least rooms need to be renovated. The king bed in my son’s room was lumpy. For the cost, I think the property is highly overpriced.

The view from the room was fantastic. The beds were comfy and we had a nice stay overall.

The breakfast room is very tiny with the main dining room closed off. The windows are blocked in this area so you cannot see the beautiful view. Also, the rooms could use a little TLC - lamps don't turn on, hot water doesn't work in the sink and paint is tired/chipped.

Fresh fruit at Breakfast.

Would like to see better cereal choices, english muffins and wheat or sourdough bread, yogurt cups, and toaster waffles. With such a great kitchen, it seems a shame there can't be warm scrambled eggs. Overall, a lackluster breakfast.
