For reservations that are one night only, the entire stay will be charged. For reservations longer than one night, the first night stay will be charged to pre-authorize the credit card. Cancelation fees apply when reservation is canceled within the 48 hours policy. Cancelation is first night penalty. Customers can cancel or modify only if the reservation is outside the 48 hours policy. If the reservation is obtained through a discounted rate (any promo) then there is no cancelation, only modification. Dogs are the only pets allowed at the property. Maximum of 2 dogs. Please contact the property for fees and details. Starting 1 February 2017, the property will only provide maid service every other day to all stay overs, but they have the choice to offer daily service if the guest requests it at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.
