todo sucio la TV muy sucia espejo sucio tina o shower sucio control remoto no tapadera caja de cable escondida muy fea experiencia no tenía otra opción por eso no me fui

We had an amazing time staying at this place. Staff was very nice and helping, location was good and price was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Big Pines Mountain house. Room was good and staff was helpful through out the stay. Location of the property was excellent , few minutes walk from casinos and Heavenly village. We would stay again in future and also recommend.

i’ve stayed at lots of hotels and this hotel is an affordable one, i will say that. but i didn’t have the best experience here. i went out for the day, came back around 8pm & had no parking in the hotel. i had to circle around so much and still nothing. i ended up having to park in the casino parking lot & paying for over night parking. also, when i finally made it back to the room, there were cops listening in on a door & just felt like not the best experience. my encounter with the front desk employee was short but good ! nothing negative to say about the employees except that there was no phone in my room to call the front desk ? i had a few questions throughout my stay and walked down to the front desk, but it was locked. i’m not sure if that is stated somewhere but that’s just something to be aware of i guess. i would’ve preferred being able to speak to someone for some help
