Big Pines Mountain House

The location and staff were awesome.

The facilities and rooms were in sad shape and in desperate need of updating.

It was poorly constructed. The room didn’t even have blinds so it was so bright in the morning.

The quality of room was not clean, it had no blinds for sleep, not enough pillows, dirty room/facility.

The location is wonderful. Right in the middle of the strip but tucked away from the busy main road. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. With our stay, we also received vouchers to use at the beach down the road for a discount on admission.

Our room was dirty upon arrival with pet hair, dust, stains on the walls, the tv would turn on but didn’t work to actually watch tv, bathroom has a sliding door that was not on the tracks so it was a huge pain to open and close, shower curtain was pretty much an ugly stained decoration because it didn’t work so water got all over the bathroom floor, the fridge didn’t keep anything cold, we couldn’t turn the fireplace off all the way, there was a broken metal bar outside our door on the ground which is a safety hazard that we almost tripped on twice, the room was just all around janky, unkept, and gross.

Room was good and all other services were great

Bonne situation. Literie confortable. Parking gratuit devant la chambre.

Chambre mal insonorisée. Vétusté du mobilier.
