For reservations that are one night only, the entire stay will be charged. For reservations longer than one night, the first night stay will be charged to pre-authorize the credit card. Cancelation fees apply when reservation is canceled within the 48 hours policy. Cancelation is first night penalty. Customers can cancel or modify only if the reservation is outside the 48 hours policy. If the reservation is obtained through a discounted rate (any promo) then there is no cancelation, only modification. Dogs are the only pets allowed at the property. Maximum of 2 dogs. Please contact the property for fees and details. Starting 1 February 2017, the property will only provide maid service every other day to all stay overs, but they have the choice to offer daily service if the guest requests it at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Waste of time and money"

Nothing to like!!!

The manager, the 4:00pm check in! He was 5minutes late! Had to unplug the coffee machine to plug in the microwave! Had at least 6 little black bugs crawling on the bed! TV didn't work! Had to go get the manager to fix it! No outside trash cans to put trash! We were the 4th person in line waiting to check in! He said all the bottom floor rooms were already taken! He just had a total bad attitude! I would not stay there again even if it was FREE!!!
