早餐还不错，酒店位置也好。

1. 房间是阁楼，415房间。到了以后没有看到床上有被子。打开柜子才看到一个包裹在塑料袋子里的被子，当天晚上只好睡在被单里，上面盖了一个没有被套的被子。第二天反应了，一位叫juicy，（发音）的中年女性，右脸上有一块黑斑的女士竟然说因为天气热，根本不套被套，直接睡被单里!!! 而且态度就是爱理不理的消极，没有任何服务意识。实际上当晚被子就有被套了，可见，客人来之前这个房间根本没准备好!!! 其他的工作人员都很好，除了这位中年女性。 2.洗手池下水非常慢，刷牙洗脸水都下不去，堵在那里要5分钟才能下去，很恶心。对此我非常失望，这么贵的房间竟然这个水准。洗手池水龙头开关也费劲，要使大劲才能打开，老旧了。 3.房间是阁楼，窗户像船舱里的窗子，很小，而且很高。根本看不到外面。洗手间的窗户要脚踩马桶才能打开。 4.房间在4楼，电梯上到3楼再走楼梯，行李多的很麻烦1

camera piccola , letto matrimoniale composto da due materassi di altezza diversa,molto scomodi. problemi ai rubinetti ,poca acqua e neanche calda.
