Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we will be returning! The staff was so friendly and our dog had a great time receiving treats every time he came in or out.

"Very poor customer service"

Walked in at 4:45 was told room not ready , woman at desk was very rude . Did not really care about us . We were in town for a evert that we were late to. Asked if she could call me never had my phone number total disappointment we expected great service

It is yesterday’s best hotel in Philly. It needs remodeling. Not just new paint. The gym is awesome! The pool and steam room great! Rittenhouse Square is lovely. Personnel very attentive
