Centrella Hotel, a Kirkwood Collection Hotel

It was charming and had a lot of character! The staff was friendly.

There was some dust in our room and trash under the bed from the previous guest. Hairdryer was very old school. The breakfast was nice but everything had added sugar, it’s a shame one can’t choose between regular yogurt and that they don’t offer any vegetables to the bagels.

Excellent location . Easy parking We like the British B&B feel to it having stayed previously . Room ok Staff friendly and helpful —- except one. ! ( see below )

Breakfast gone downhill since first time . Odd selection .! Yoghurt fruit ‘ parfait ‘ very good . But —- onion bagels for breakfast ?!!! No bread to make toast , no jam anyway . A few small pastries . That’s it !!! Coffee ( lukewarm ) and orange juice Ok . Don’t like the in your face blatant envelope in the room asking for a tip !! Or the unsubtle silver tray for a tip where you had to put your own dirty plates on a table . Oh - all staff nice except one guy who was on duty the first evening . We asked nicely for milk for coffee but he brushed us off rudely with a brusk “ no “ . Obviously there was some in the fridge but he couldn’t be bothered . Wished I’d got his name .

The esthetics! We will definitely book in the future.

La camera affacciata sulla strada: era veramente troppo rumorosa e le tapparelle non si chiudevano alla perfezione, quindi tra luce e rumore è impossibile dormire. La biancheria non era molto pulita: asciugamani veramente grigi e lenzuola macchiate. La colazione è molto scarna.
