Hotel Carmel

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Clean friendly staff

Hotel overall seems ok; but we have been given a room next to kitchen so you can hear dishwashing etc which is super loud and nothing to do with a nice hotel experience at all Breakfast very down to earth, „supervised“ by staff which made us feel uncomfortable watched all the time getting food

I liked the location walking distance to a lot of places

I didn’t like the fact that the charge you for amenities such as the use of jacuzzi, a very simple breakfast without telling you.

Basic

Location is great. Very close to all of the restaurants and shops. Nice quiet area. The views are great. The property and rooms are incredibly clean. The staff is amazing and kind.

Very good location, Walkable to all the restaurants, a short drive to the beach. But very old rooms, no parking, had to drive three blocks away to park my car overnight. They charged me for water and for the drinks in the fridge but we didn’t even touch them, but they didn’t even tell us, just happened to find out when I looked at the credit card transaction. It was a fraudulent charge, so beware. I did get my money back after I have called them, but still they shouldn’t have charged me.
