Convenient to get from place to place

The amount they charge for the a stay to the amount of things you have access to. Our phone in our room didn’t work and we had no control to our TV. The worker said yeah that’s been happening often and I’m just like okay what do you guys do about that to make sure the next person who stays doesn’t experience these things ? Made no sense
