"Awesome Aviana Front Desk Staff"

We had a wonderful experience at Aviana in Santa Barbara, thanks in large part to Edwin at the front desk. He was incredibly thoughtful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel truly welcomed. It’s clear he takes pride in providing excellent service, and it made a lasting impression on us. Highly appreciated!

"Overall hotel stay was okay"

The light continental breakfast and warm fresh cookies in the evening. Staff was attentive. The room spacious and clean.

The gas leak smell on our first day and the luke warm shower on the last day.

"Great spot, great hotel!"

The hotel is great!! Convenient parking right outside the room. Near to Santa Barbara main street and beach front (walkable distance). Best surprise was the breakfast! They advertise as no breakfast included as they don’t serve eggs/bacon but as we woke up the next morning found out they offer coffee, porridge, bakery items and a waffle maker for the guests to use. Nice touch.

Location

One of the reasons we stay at Avania for our annual celebration was the excellent full breakfast. Now discontinued. A real loss of value. Also the hot tub should be thoroughly cleaned and refurbished. Doubtful that you will retain our business. Unfortunate.
