Homewood Suites by Hilton Plano-Richardson

We really enjoyed the room and the property. They really keep great care of. Our room had plenty of space for our family. We would definately stay there again.

Customer Service -5 stars Marisol in housekeeping was absolutely the best! Breakfast was pretty good, lots of options. Location was excellent and very easy to navigate. The hotel was immaculately clean! There were little extras like chocolates and water waiting in our room with a welcome note. There was only one thing that made it pretty rough, our mattress was awful. Like woke up sore from back pain. There is no box spring and the mattress has no pillow top or any kind of plush feeling at all. Everything else was fantastic!

Excellent and welcoming. They were very clean. I was surprised at the beauty of the dining area. Very nice stay.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

Good Spacious room; clean room and bathroom; the kitchen utensils, cups, and plates appeared to be clean; clean, cold refrigerator; good WiFi. Not good Sink area light shines directly into the sleeping area and the face of anyone still sleeping; there should be a light barrier like an accordion door to keep light contained in the sink area; only one grab bar by the faucets; the table in the kitchenette area appears to also be the work table; had to kneel down to plug in an extension cord for a multi-plug extension to power things on top of the table; why aren't there any table top sockets? The table chairs appear to be only for eating and do not have any arm rests; what about a work chair with arm rests that raises to a proper work height? No ice machines; have to get bagged ice at the front desk; only one towel bar in the bathroom to hang up towels for reuse; ice maker in refrigerator freezer does not work - no ice; have to run hot water in bath area sink for quite a few minutes to get hot water even with also running the hot water in the tub; this is a ridiculous waste of water; the water flow out of the bath area sink faucet is weak; not much of a stream. Good breakfast items except for the oatmeal. It was barely warm.

The breakfast was good. The location was excellent. Housekeeping was perfect. The staff behaviour was expectational especially Mr. Call. My over all experience was memorable. I will recommend to my friends. The front desk deserves 100 points.

There is nothing to say I didn't like anything. My stay was very satisfactory. The overall ambiance of the hotel is excellent. The location is very well defined.

People were great great stay

Excellent Expectational Super Marvellous. The location is very convenient, and the breakfast is really good especially the CROSSIANT which was served FRESH & FRESHLY BAKED, and the staff is very humble and decent. All I have to say is Fabolous experience. The King Suite is very spacious and very neat and tidy. The house keeping is also very excellent in their job. The facilities provided like GYM, Swimming Pool, Basketball court are really good. The reception staff is excellent.

There is nothing to say that I didn't like. The HOTEL is the Best. Conveniently located. The facilities provided are fantastic. No regrets
