Hotel is nice and clean. Kenny from the breakfast area is amazing 😀. Her food preparation has been great as we stayed here for 3 weeks. Most items in the room have been remodeled/ upgraded. They look very new and nice. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service in the dining room and very good food and very friendly treatment from Kenny and the other girls in the kitchen, many thanks. Every morning they greet us with a very good mood, they say good morning and make us feel well taken care of and they are always attentive to what we need.

My daughter and I stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Plano-Richardson, Texas for three nights recently as we attended a family wedding. Both of us were pleasantly surprised immediately upon entering the lobby at how lovely it was and how modern and chic the decor was in the lobby, dining area, and in our room. Our room was great with a large sitting area and kitchen with all the accessories needed to make one’s own meal. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay there again or any other Homewood Suites by Hilton. I highly recommend them.

They say the top three for real estate are location, location, location. This hotel has that - if you're hungry for fast food, there's a Burger King and a McDonalds just outside the hotel. Plenty of excellent restaurants within a 2 mile radius - by why go out? The breakfast here is fantastic! Many more options than most hotels in the area. And there is a Reception Dinner with alcohol served every Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:00pm. The staff is efficient, friendly, and always listening to the guests. Clean grounds, a nice pool, and not a busy neighborhood, despite its proximity to the tollway. It's my go-to in the Richardson area!

I really enjoyed my weekend at this beautiful hotel. The room was clean beds were so comfortable and Jennifer Ross and her staff were wonderful. The breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed the workout room. Will definitely be back!! What a wonderful experience.

Great stay as usual, love the atmosphere and decorations, friendly and helpful staff. Always clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here for friends and family. Kids love the environment and the basketball court here.

Another fantastic stay at Homewood Suites! We received a warm and friendly welcome from Raya and her wonderful team. The amenities, breakfast were great, and we had a great time relaxing and swimming with the ducks. The hotel benefits from a good location and access to Dallas downtown.
