Homewood Suites by Hilton Plano-Richardson

Perfect!! I set up a Romantic Valentine's Day Surprise for my husband and it couldn't have been more perfect! It was a beautifully clean room and so comfortable. The manager was especially kind and helpful as well as all the staff. The breakfast was really amazing as well. We will definately be coming back for a weekend get-a-way! Just beautiful!

I was surprised to see two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. I spent two nights there, and the bed was very comfortable. I will return to Homewood Suites in Plano the next time I am in town.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was done daily. Breakfast was great. The patio was comfortable and inviting.

The elevator location was odd.

I am continually satisfied with the Homewood Suites brand, and this particular residence in Plano did not disappoint. The level of cleanliness, spaciousness, quality of bedding, amenities and convenience cannot be outdone. I've stayed at so many hotels over the years from travel, business and youth travel baseball, and I've always searched for the "perfect" brand which never disappoints. I feel like I've finally found that brand in Homewood Suites. If you are in Plano and need a place to stay with space and cleanliness, not to mention friendly staff and convenience to urban/suburban amenities, I suggest Homewood Suites by Hilto Plano-Richardson. If I'm back in the area again, I'll stay here without a second thought.

We did NOT like the window coverings that would not close ! Our room was on the second floor roomand over looked the parking lot

We stayed in suite 301. Two bedroom two bathroom suite with full kitchen. Full kitchen - means two burner cooktop and microwave and full size fridge and dishwasher. Stocked with 3 basic pans and utensils and dinnerware. The two queen room is large and has a desk in it also. Bathroom with shower tub combo. The king room is smaller with a bathroom that has a large glass walk in shower no tub . Room 301 is on the end of the building far from the elevator but right next to the stairs so very convenient . The living area has a full size couch that is also a sofa bed if needed. The dining table is small and seats two people. The housekeeping is top notch , the rooms were cleaned and made everyday. The breakfast is fantastic, waffles and breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, pulled pork and chicken to make breakfast tacos, tea, coffee , hot cocca , yogurt cereal . They even had vegetarian “meat” for making tacos. The downstairs lobby has fireplace with areas to sit. We played uno one morning while it was raining. You can buy tokens to use the self serve laundry $2 for wash 2$ for dry, we washed clothes once and it worked well. Fitness gym and an outside basketball court available.

The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean.

The breakfast selections are not an average variety to choose from. Breakfast could be better.
