"Best hotel in North Dallas & GREAT staff"

The 2 bedroom/2 bath was great for our family and friends on Friday/Saturday which was so spacious and roomy. We were so pleased with this hotel in every way! Fresh breakfast that was delicious and we had a very enjoyable time and stay. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Cal who worked the front desk was SUPER NICE. I told him I was funeralizing my husband the next day and he told me such nice, encouraging, and uplifting words! Also he left a super nice letter when I arrived in the room and had extra chairs which is what I asked for. Then Jennifer gave me a tour of the room when I came by on Thursday and she was AWESOME! She listened to me and made me feel "at home" and was so accommodating to my needs. Also, left me flowers on the table which was heartwarming and brought tears (of happiness) to my eyes. Jeanine checked me out and she was so enjoyable and delightful to work with! Everything and everybody was excellent Thank you Homewood Suites for an exceptional stay! I will be back!!!

This was a great property! Rooms were very nice and the suite-style room felt like an apartment. Staff were friendly and would greet you in the hallways. Amenities were fantastic and the hotel had a great outdoor seating area. The breakfast buffet was consistently one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. The one downside is that much of the hotel is under remodeling, so we did have to contend with scaffolding, covered floors to protect from paint spillage, and construction noise during the day. Overall, this was minor and did not negatively impact our stay. Would definitely stay again at this hotel.
