Travelodge by Wyndham Livingston

I checked into Travelodge in Livingston Montana and didn't even make it to my room before things went bad. The gentlemen (Robert) who checked me in was extremely rude not only to myself but to the poor family in front of me. He couldn't accommodate any parking for us and when we did find somewhere to park, he came out yelling. I told him, that we would be leaving and that I wanted to check out, which his response was that I can't check out and that I won't be getting a refund (which I already knew I want getting a refund). I told him that I would like to speak with the manager onsite (Antoinette) in which he replied that there was no manager onsite. Once we made it back inside to the front desk so I could turn my key cards in, he refused to print out my receipt. I told him that he works in hospitality and that he seriously needs to learn how to treat people. I never even made it to my room, only the front desk and parking lot. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to stay.

Hotel is well-situated and near restaurants and shopping. It has a convenient parking lot near the rooms, as well as a laundry and swimming pool. A lobby has refreshments 24 hours. The room was clean and large, with the usual desired amenities: tv, mini fridge, microwave, desk and chair. The king sized bed was firm and comfortable; the bathroom was small but functional. Nice comfortable stay!

I was going to say swimming pool.. but when we went it was broken and out of order.

The laundry room was closed off because of broken machines. The rooms themselves were outdated. The sink had an odor coming from it when turning the water on. I wanted to change my dates and the property said I was not able to because they already made my room. I thought rooms were supposed to be made regardless? Poor lighting and beds were itchy.

Loud occupant next door, the room had connecting doors. He blasted the show big bang theory most of my stay, late into the night. He also would run the AC to very cold temps and due to the connecting rooms my room would get cold too. Hotel is less than 100 yards from train tracks, trains went by 2-3 times per a night. I was only able to get 3-4 hours of sleep per night.
