The mattress on the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very sweet and kind both upon checking in and checking out.

I would only choose this place as a bed to sleep in at night and that is all. The room itself had a smell. The inside area closest to the indoor pool were hot and muggy and smelled of pool chemicals within the hallway area. The facility images that Booking.com have on their website appear very different than what is seen in person. Pretty deceiving. We did not get into the pool because the water was freezing cold upon touch, even as an "indoor" pool. The location itself was not terrible, but did not feel completely safe. When I was coming in and out of the room to load luggage into the car, the gold latch on the door managed to be loose and hanging to the point that I had to forcibly push through the door to get it back open after using the keycard. When I attempted to draw a bath for my 5 yr old daughter, I almost thought there wasn't any hot water because it took nearly 10 mins for the hot water to reach the faucet. I attempted to use the landline phone to call the front desk and it kept telling me the number was not in service, so I had to use my cell phone. I was calling to see if they had any type of plastic cutlery to be able to eat our meal and they stated they did not have anything of that nature. Then, to top it off, after having an unexpected family emergency come up that required me to drive 3 hours back home, I had to spend over an hour to change my departure date and was given a complete run around on the phone between various customer service reps from Travelodge and Booking.com only to find out that the front desk person could've handled it the whole time.

There was no breakfast!

The bed! No rugs or mat to wipe shoes off.

You was really cheap and not to far from downtown.

So I payed for the room, and immediately the wifi wouldn't work, staff said oh well, it was a must for me however, and the wouldn't issue a refund. So I stayed unfortunately, there was no hot water in the room!! And the pool was empty when it was advertised as usable. Staff was a stoner kid with blood shot eyes, who was as rude as could be.
