Didn't have breakfast

Entrance to their grounds. City needs to do maintenance on road

Customer service was horrible. Robert was very rude and lied to me several times. Also door had been kicked in and shower only had cold water

It was in a convenient location. The front desk staff was cordial. There is a really good Mexican restaurant right in the parking lot.

It was slightly shabby and just acceptable cleanliness. No breakfast or even a Coffee pot in the room. The supplies Coffee was absolutely terrible. There Was a lot of noise. The air really struggled to Cool the room.

Did not have breakfast or meals only some drinks now and again was in Scotland for a funeral hope to return very soon for a happier time take more of the enjoyment of the area and people we met.

Of the top of my head a better bigger fan as I found it warm at night. Also I'm disabled although bathroom wasn't disabled friendly i managed only thing was the shower found it very hard stepping in and out would prefer walk in shower. Still had showers only took longer to get in out.

The office was unmanned during checkout. Thre wasn't any coffee.

Location was good but right on the railroad. Nothing else to like

warm water only, no operating internet, door lock broken, no functioning Air Conditioner, fan only worked, produced no cool air. Appearance shows little care and maintenance, Desk Clerk had to be hunted down, and then refused to call the manager about the problems. Key cards didn't work, another guest slammed on the entry way bar and it opened.
