Outdoor and indoor entrances to the room

Everything. Booked for the pool and breakfast.. was told at check in they were available. Asked to pay the difference to upgrade to a jacuzzi room, and was told no. Used their link they text you when you check out to request a late checkout. When they didn’t respond, I called the Front Desk to ask and was told they would call me back and let me know. Next thing I know, the manager and housekeeping is at my door saying they had no notes about a late checkout. I was in a towel and they proceeded to argue with me in front of everyone. She called me 10 mins later to tell me I’m wrong and hung up on me. The phone didn’t work, the safe didn’t work, and the smoke alarm was missing from the room. The grossest part was the used contact lenses I found in my bed. What a joke, truly.

Comfortable when I was able to get into my room.

There was no staff upon arrival and the manager over the phone had me trying to program my own key to get myself checked in.

The staff were so friendly, it was welcoming!

Really good motel with door to parking space and no rooms above. Nice helpful receptionist, clean room, good price and handy for where I was going. Good stay.
