The 2nd floor hallway had a mildew smell

Stayed 2 nites. Had stayed here before with good service. However, this last stay was very poor. Flees were in the carpet. We noticed flee bites on our feet the night before we checked out. The breakfast service was not properly supplied on both mornings of our stay. Both hot plates had boiling water only - no eggs, sausage, or other hot items. Other guests had requested breakfast service of employee working breakfast area, but got nothing. Both mornings only had coffee as a fresh service item. Milk in refrigerator was sour. Toilet bowl had dirt ring around bowl. Towels were tattered. Window lock on first floor window of our room was broken and window was open when we checked in. Had to rig a window block for security. Will not be back.

Location is close to everything

Carpet was very dirty with a small brown stain at the closet door. Closet door would not stay in track.

Everything was great with the room—the beds, the bathroom amenities, all in good condition. The only major area for improvement I’d point out is the pool area. When we went to use it, it wasn’t clean and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Once we were finally able to get in, the water was way too cold to enjoy, even though the outside temperature was between 80 and 90 degrees.

Bed was awful & center was sunken. Bed worn out.
