Bed was comfortable

Late check-in, entrance was locked, said pick up phone to gain entry, it rang and rang and rang, Noone answered! Guest passing through lobby let us in. Room had an odd smell. Ridiculous to charge for parking when a business lot is adjoining.Disappointed in Marriott.

Property in a relatively nice area and looks decent from the outside. Room assigned was missing, a double paned window set (each window equipped with two, double paned sets), which let cold air seep in. Toilet was clogged when we walked in. The front desk made me go get a plunger to clear it myself, although we had just checked in. The hotel smelled musky, and like a wet dog throughout ( dogs are allowed). The TV faced the wrong way, angled away from couch. I would never stay here again.

The property needs to be updated

Terrible customer service and terrible staff. If there is a problem with your stay, they don’t care. We asked about a pack and play in advance and were told there are several on property and it will not be a problem. On the day we arrived we were told there is only 1 on property and it’s not available. No apology. The girl at the front desk was clearly by herself in charge of everything from finding luggage carts, sheets, etc. Long wait to check in due to what seemed to be lack of staff. When we reached out to mention our concerns about the misinformation about the pack and play and also awful mattress on the couch, we were told they’ll use it as a training opportunity. I would never recommend staying here. If something goes wrong they won’t make it right.
