"Not the Sheraton I remember from pre-covid"

The beds and pillows are comfortable - great location of property.

The whole hotel is quite dated in terms of fit out. Air conditioning units in the rooms are very noisy and would be a problem for light sleepers. Also room service ends at 9.30pm, not ideal for late arrivals, especially with no other eating venues being nearby. You can tell those cost saving measures through covid are still somewhat in effect, understandable to keep a hotel this large going.

The position of the hotel and its facilities. Very good breakfast and personnel was very kind. Nice room and clean.

Although Covid has gone, the bar was closed and also other restaurants were closed. Hope the situation will get better soon.

I didn't apply for the breakfast, although in retrospect I should have. You'll have to take a taxi or walk a bit to find some places to eat.

Some of the restaurants in the hotel have been closed, I assume it was still recovering after the covid lockdowns, which is a shame.
