Front desk staff: Lolly, Amanda, were super nice and helpful. They could speak English, also there is restaurant manager who all spoke English was polite and helpful.

Room service works until 9pm!!! This is ridiculous in 5star hotel, after 9 o'clock there's nothing to eat in the hotel! As i understood mostly people are visiting DG for business, so they might finish job late...... Only because of nice and friedly staff im giving this rate

"Great business stay in Dongguan "

I've stayed in this hotel many times for business over the years. The design and the interiors are perhaps a bit outdated already, but it's a very comfortable stay with great service, good food, spacious room and decent sport facilities. Also conveniently just a short walk away from the busy shopping streets.

"I’d stay again "

The Sheraton is a great choice if you are visiting the Dongguan area in China. It has multiple restaurants to choose from my favorite is the Italian one. The staff is great, very accommodating for getting things like transportation or special requests.

長年愛用しています。この付近のホテルの中では一番全てが安定しているのでいつも安心して泊まれています。部屋は清潔ですし、シャワー等の設備も問題なし。何か改善してほしい点があるかといえば個人的に枕が柔らかすぎるのでもう少し硬いと嬉しいな〜くらいです。朝食が美味しいのもポイント高いです。

酒店設施及房間質素只屬一般, 可能因為酒店比較舊的原因, 酒店大堂服務員服務態度亦只屬一般, 但位於酒店28樓負責行政樓層club lounge兩位女同事, 服務態度非常友善及有禮, 值得一讚, 餐飲方面, 酒店內的中餐廳食物水準非常差勁, 就連街邊的小餐廳都還比他們好, 有大大的改善空間, 值得一讚的還有位於大堂的 coffee shop, 他們提供的自助早餐, 冷,熱,中,西不同款式的食物多的是, 還有一個驚喜是餐廳提供新鮮冷搾果汁, 並不是"果汁先生", 很不錯啊
