The room is quiet and clean n comfortable

The place is runn by a Pakistani family the husband needs to be trained on better management skills that you people is not the proper statement to make in a derogatory and negative manner in dealing with a customer for any reason. They have camera that use to spy on good paying customers that rent rooms in the front. But pay no attention to the customers in that back selling or smoking pot.

The bathroom mirror has edge lighting, the bed was very comfy and came with four pillows.

There were mold stain on the shower curtain, the shower head had build up, and the tub had trouble draining

It was shelter...

I paid for the best room, wasn't cleaned and was downgraded without reimbursement. Next door neighbor... lived in the room. ( possibly a drug dealer with the amount of cars and people coming and going. And his over all methed out appearance.) Door looked like it was kicked in at one time and didn't properly seal shut.

The location is close to everything like Walmart, Walgreens pharmacy, different food locations and the new casino in Petersburg VA

The male manager needs to work on his customer service skills on how to speak and treat people when there is problem. I felt insulted when he referred to me as you people and not mam or misses or shouting at me n treating me like I was no body.

1. How difficult it is to contact the FRONT DESK BY TELEPHONE. 2. The people at the front desk it was a man&woman (married couple I suppose). Very unpleasant, and not professional. 3. I seen and killed 3 different kind of bugs 4. Furniture is OLD needs to be replaced
