The bugs in the mattress and the people hanging around outside

I was asked to sign a paper before going to my room. Immediately upon entering the room I decided I could not stay there and that the condition of the room was unacceptable. The owner was extremely unprofessional and argued with me like a child. It was only when I was getting in my car about to leave the premises that he agreed to give me a refund and cancel my reservation.

Location was good

I didn't like the customer service when I 1st checked in, woke up to go to bathroom and water on floor from toilet, when I reported next day was told no more rooms available, couldn't use ironing board looked like doo doo was on it, went to dollar general across street to purchase a sheet set cause mold was on pillow and sheet was dirty, the chair and ottoman was pilling ..not a good experience

It was close to base and not to far from food and stores

Not in the best area as far as crime wise. Room could have been a little cleaner . Such as floors swept and mopped better and after each person stay. There was a pill next to the bed which is why I say that had I had small children that put thing in there mouth that could have been a bad out come for someone.

The staff very kind, the room very good, free and secure parking lot. The laundry services and breakfast great! Nearly for mall. Restaurants and shopping centers.
