"Pleasant Stay for a week"

These negative customers are so dramatic. It was a clean and comfortable stay. The hotel has everything you need, standard hotel gym, pool, hot tub & laundry. All staff was pleasant. Shout out to the women at the cafe especially Jessnia? (I think that was her name), she was very friendly and made a great turkey sandwich. The front desk lady was also very pleasant, I can’t remember her name but she was working the morning of April 19th 2026. Parking is easy and it’s near many restaurants like Outback, Chilis and Dunkin and is near the highway.

"Will never go there again."

The room was lovely, quiet, large, & dark.

I was shocked at a $75 fee for a pet. I was unable to find the fee on the website but I have never heard of a $75 pet fee. Ridiculous!

"It was a great visit to be close to Legoland for the night"

We liked the pool and courtyard area. Great to move about a little bit.

Some free breakfast items (dry cereal, granola bars) would be appreciated, as opposed to $6 muffin options.

"IT'S CLEAN & QUIET BUT NO FREE BREAKFAST AND THEY DON'T LET YOU CHANGE DATES..."

The over all stay was fine... I was trying to reserve another week but I put the wrong dates and instead of letting me switch dates they denied my request and charged me anyway... So from here on out I will not be 3ver renting from them again... I should of been able to switch my dates but instead they charged me as a nonrefundable charge... I should of been able to switch my dates and not been charged so thanks for taking my money enjoy it cause it will be the last time I or anyone I know will be staying there...

The fact they took my last $100 and wouldn't just let me change my dates smfh... it's messed up seriously... my son went all week with no food cause ya'll are messed up for that...

It is close to Legoland

Bed sheets had blood stains on them, sink was clogged, other bed had mystery yellow stains on it, pool couldn’t be used until 5:30pm due to private swim lessons.

Clean and comfy. Very noisy at night, poor sound proofing. The remote did not work. The room and bathrrom had wear and tear but nothing dramatic.

the tv remote didn't work, the carpeting has snags and stains, the bathroom grout is aged in areas
