"It was okay. But disappointing."

Barbara at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. But I noticed she was alone. A long line at check in, guests waiting to be helped for other miscellaneous things.

Not enough staff to help with issues that arise. Also, we always travel with a fire stick and/or Roku. The TV remote could not access the menu. We asked for maintenance but they leave at 6PM.

The location was good for what we needed

When I called to make the reservation I asked about breakfast and was told it was included for all 4 of us. I was only given a voucher for 2 people and was told I would have to pay for the other 2 people. The TV in our room didn’t work and was told there were no other rooms we could be switched into. The bathroom containers for soap and shampoo were empty. When I asked at checkout about talking to a manager I was told they were not available but that they would reach out. No one has bothered. I put a stop payment on my credit card.
