Courtyard by Marriott Middletown Goshen

Barbara at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. But I noticed she was alone. A long line at check in, guests waiting to be helped for other miscellaneous things.

Not enough staff to help with issues that arise. Also, we always travel with a fire stick and/or Roku. The TV remote could not access the menu. We asked for maintenance but they leave at 6PM.

The Hot Tub & Pool Was Very Nice & Relaxing For Our Family

The Hairdryer Didn't Work & The Bed Was A Bit Uncomfortable

Staff were super friendly. Facility was clean and everything is fairly close to the property. Bed are super comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

The location was good for what we needed

When I called to make the reservation I asked about breakfast and was told it was included for all 4 of us. I was only given a voucher for 2 people and was told I would have to pay for the other 2 people. The TV in our room didn’t work and was told there were no other rooms we could be switched into. The bathroom containers for soap and shampoo were empty. When I asked at checkout about talking to a manager I was told they were not available but that they would reach out. No one has bothered. I put a stop payment on my credit card.
