"Staff was very crappy"

Didn’t have a chance to access any amenities

The reception wasn’t able to accommodate my family. They did not have 2 rooms available and they offered me 1 room with 1 king bed for a family of 5 while denied the refund for the other room they didn’t have.

"Clean cozy, very close to mall and restaurants"

The hotel was right off the highway

The walls were dirty and there was lotion or spray marks of some sort with drips all over the wallpaper. The cabinet was broken to hang your clothes in. This Marriott needs to update their rooms. Being a time share owner this was not how Marriott has their standards. Very below standards

the location

The lighting was obscenely BRIGHT with no way to DIM! The room was sparsely decorated; drapes were difficult to pull closed on the windows. And, frankly, for the $160+ one day cost they SHOULD have included breakfast!

Good location, nice workout room and pool/hot tub.

I booked 2 rooms for 7 people with breakfast included. When we got there, they said the breakfast was only for 2 people per room. This was never mentioned during booking and was very inconvenient for our family.
