Found bed bugs in my bed with no compensation or apologies. I stayed in room 101 specifically so beware!

The bed bugs. They could’ve kept those.

The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was beyond kind, friendly, and out going. He went out of his way to insure we knew when and where everything was. He was an absolute delight.

I was visiting the aquarium in dallas this was the closest HIE. But I was unfamiliar with the Duncanville area. And while the hotel is clean and in good shape, the community is rough around its edges.
