Sour milk at breakfast, roaches at hotel

I waited at the front desk for 30 minutes before someone finally came out to check me in. There is no restaurant and there is no bar, it’s used as a storage room. The hot tub was not working. The front door was broken. And after being in my room for 30 minutes, another couple just came walking in because they double booked the room.

The location was great

The front desk lady was not very helpful in assisting me extend my stay. She seemed distracted and busy and told me she didn’t know . Unfortunately because she would not help, I had to change hotels. I asked if they were booked up, she said no. She did nothing to help.

Very nice place to stay at a good rate. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and pool was nice. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Everything in our room worked well and had everything we needed. Front desk workers were very kind and helpful. We had no complaints.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly it was a very pleasant experience.

The property was nice i just found a crack in the ceiling of my bathroom that became an issue when the room above me took a shower. However when the staff was informed i was promptly offered the chance to change rooms which was appreciated.
