Sehr gute Lage - Innenstadt fussläufig erreichbar, Bahnanbindung Top Hotelmitarbeiter sowohl an der Rezeption als auf in der Bar sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Domblick war toll

Zimmer war sehr dunkel und Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, darüber hinaus gibt es Flecken auf dem Sofa Zimmerreinigung wird ohne Info nur alle 2 Tage durchgeführt. Zimmerreinung liess zu wünsch übrig - Flaschen und dreckiges Geschirr wurden nicht entsorgt, Bett nur halb gemacht. Klimaanlage für aktuelle Temperaturen unzureichend - konnte bis max 19Grad herunterkühlen eingestellt werden, Temperatur im Zimmer war jedoch höher Preis-Leistung hat für mich leider nicht gepasst.

Nur die gute Lage

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Was aber viel schlimmer ist das die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und das bei den augenblicklichen Außentemperatur. Wir haben auch mit anderen Gästen gesprochen die hatten das gleiche Problem. Statt ehrlich und offen zu reden wird gesagt wir schicken Ihnen einen Techniker. Für über 200 Euro das Zimmer auch in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel.

The air-conditioning was very poor, very difficult of having a room be 81° at night

Its a good hotel in centrum, but not for guests with childrens. 5 min. walking from central station. A big room with a nice bed. The bar and mini schop. Nice breakfast for a normal price.

I booked this hotel only because of swimming pool for my kids and at place they sayd me that its only for adults. Its like a swimming pools from a partner - fitness club nearbij. But no childrens. We were very dissapionted. Bij fitness reception people sayd me that ita often happend with guests with childrens, that they at place get this info. So bij hotel reception we get an advice to go to another place to swimm. We did it, but i spend extra more then 150 euro. In my opinion this hotel must give me a part of money back for a bad service for guests with childrens. And i didnt see info in booking com site that its only for adults. I am not only one, many guests had the same what i listened bij reception.
