Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. 1x 2 Bettzimmer. 1x Kingsize Bett Zimmer. Bekommen haben wir 2x 2 Bett Zimmer. Konnte auch nicht geändert werden. Das an unsere Hochzeitstag.

La limpieza de las habitaciones que no es diaria al no ser que lo solicites. Si no pones el cartel de limpieza no la hacen. Nos hicieron una limpieza básica.

Very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to both the city centre and the train station. There is also access to a great gym, which was a nice bonus, although it requires an additional fee.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not working, and there was no option to open a window for ventilation. As a result, the room became uncomfortably warm, which significantly affected my stay. For this reason, I decided to shorten my stay. That said, the staff were very accommodating and understanding when I raised the issue, and they handled the situation professionally.

It's the right hotel for you if you want super comfort, an amazing breakfast, walking distance from the old town and the museums, also being close to the public transportation if needed. I would definitely recommend it and would go back anytime.

The checkin informations were confusing about whether I could use the spa and where to find it. Also no info about the hotel location + the public transportation. Giving the city map on arrival + 2-3 minutes presentation about where the hotel is on the map would be a nice customer experience improvement.
