"My stay was excellent, near the airport which is what I wanted with an excellent breakfast."

The breakfast at this Hampton was the best I've had in a hotel in a long time, the service and wait staff were excellent!

The housecleaning should be done the next morning after the first check-in night.

"Serviceable but not great experience "

Elevator barely worked. Elevator button was taped in place. Hairs in our bathtub, not from us. Stained couch in the elevator hallway. Used Q Tip on the floor in the hallway, fell out of the trash and not noticed or addressed. People were super nice. No fault at all on the people. But some processes definitely need review.

"I would stay again but I would like to see improvements"

Location to airport is great. Walking distance but no sidewalk and no light for crossing busy road. They do have a courtesy shuttle. Only two restaurants close by. Waffle house and Monkhouse seafood. I walked to monkhouse seafood as hotel staff said ‘it should be ok’. Woman at monkhouse seafood would not let me walk back. Area is NOT nice. Hotel staff and driver very nice and friendly

The rooms are tired. This place is in need of a makeover. Area is bad but convenient.
