"This was an Amazing Experience"

The location was Williamsburg VA Richmond Rd. This facility was clean , inviting and the staff was amazing. Upon arrival we were met by a clerk that was smiling and ready to assist us . My wife expressed that she was handicapped and needed certain accommodations was immediately assisted with her needs with no questions asked. Later that evening I was met by a gentleman that turned out to be the General Manager. He asked how my stay was going and I shared my pleasant check in experience. I also shared that my wife had recently lost her mother and needed this time to reflect and regroup. Mr. Guirguis handed me his personal card and said that if I or my wife needed anything during our stay to contact him. The next day while we were enjoying a wonderful breakfast he came into the dining area and asked once again how our stay was going. It made us feel very good to know he was concerned about our stay which was so very relaxing. I will highly recommend this facility to friends ,family and colleagues. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Pastor Winfred Jones

"Clean, convenient, and great value"

Perfect spot for a family trip. The staff was welcoming from the moment we checked in, and the facility felt modern and very well-maintained. We loved the indoor pool area and the fact that we were minutes away from all the major attractions. The complimentary hot breakfast saved us a lot of time and money. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Devonte was great getting us checked in. It was clean and quiet. We had a great time! Our two little girls (first time in a hotel) slept really well.
