Holiday Inn Express & Suites Williamsburg by IHG

Ants all over bathroom. Phone didn’t work. Not enough seating for breakfast.

The staff was exceptional especially the front desk man. He was so friendly and helpful. My family could see that he was doing a lot by himself although the hotel was sold out . Many people there and he held it down. I seen him checking people in , delivering blankets and pillows all while keeping a smile on his face. I would come back just because how excellent his customer service was.

My family and I didn’t really care for the breakfast. It definitely could’ve been a lot better. There weren’t many options compared to other hotels it was pretty much good for on the go. All the breakfast juices were watered down but it was cool that the coffee maker was 24/7 and grounded fresh coffee

Nothing

When my husband and I went in they first was giving us the wrong room we were paying for king suite and they gave us a queen bed. After I told them we were paying for a king front desk guy said well no we don’t see your paying for that but we are going to give it to you out of kindness now I know he was lying because I had a screenshot of the king suite and how much of a difference I was paying but whatever then the shower curtains had blood on them they was disgusting there was no shampoo it was just bad and when we went back to try and to get our correct room the new guy at the front desk cause we left to go do some Arron’s he tired to tell my husband that he was sold out of kings but we literally told him they us the room ready making it so hard but we won’t be staying here ever again.

The breakfast was fine.

Location

There are a lot of better options for hotels around the same location that don’t cost nearly as much. The wallpaper in the room was peeling, the extra blankets were stiff enough to stand up on their own, overall we were expecting a lot more for what we paid.

For safety MOVE entrance to sign , BLOCKS veiw of oncoming traffic DANGEROUS!!

Great hotel and Can at the front desk made us feel welcome! The lobby was open and clean and a great meeting space for me and my family to have dinner together. Clean, comfortable and a good price point. Not to far from Busch Gardens wither. Great stay and would stay again!
