"Everything was good, just the front desk customer service was unprofessional at all"

My room key stopped working, and when I went to the frontdesk to reprogram it, the frontdesk agent John, told me that the key was made of cheap material. This was not professional behavior from John, because if Holiday or IHG Where makes its materials from cheap materials, it is not my problem to come back every time to reprogram my key.

Convenient location

The room was not very clean. There was a used kcup in the coffee maker. The toilet was not clean. The bed was so uncomfortable. Could not get a good night sleep. The lotion and body wash was empty. Not worth the money
