"No hot water. Is this too much to ask for?!"

We booked this hotel for 3 nights for a weekend getaway. On the first morning, I realize that there is no hot water to take a shower. After calling the front desk, I realize that this outage affects the whole hotel and it will be another 4-5 hours according to their estimate. I am not sure what third-world hotel this is but I always start my day with a shower. And there are absolutely no exceptions to my routine.

"Avoid at any cost and even stay in a tent than staying in this hotel"

Awful hotel avoid whenever possible and turndown even they offer a free hotel stay unless you like to sleep next in a room with a running diesel engine, or you are a night awl.

"Comfortable room that unfortunately had ants"

The hotel was very nice as always, room had ants in it however. We weren’t able to have a king bed we wanted due to maintenance issues, definitely started to wonder if that was due to ants as well since we kept finding them on every surface of the room we were given. Breakfast needs more bacon on it.
