Great location, nice enough room, good bathroom

No air-con. I understand this is because of its heritage status but made if hard to sleep on a hot night

Just a couple of minutes walk to the train station and also places of interest, therefore, an ideal location. The standard of room was high hence pleasing and the breakfast was really nice with a good spread and tasty food.

The location was great and very convenient - walking distance to everything.

Downside: no air conditioning in the room, no iron or ironing board. The room got really warm and leaving the windows open helped except for the street noise which was constant. We booked a Premium Double Room but got upgraded to a suite so we had plenty of space and the room was nice. For a Premium Double Room, it was very pricey for the size and no AC.

Etablissement bien équipé et proche du centre et des attractivités de Luzern, belle chambre, chambre bien fraîche malgré la chaleur et l‘absence de climatisation. Personnel très aimable, parking pour voiture dans la cour de l’hôtel.

Beaucoup de bruits la nuit devant l’hôtel.

No AC and it was very HOT while we were there. Tough to sleep!

Location is very close to the train station. They gladly store your luggage if you arrive early or need to hang out after check-out. The front desk staff are excellent and the bar waitress was lovely. ( good luck to his Marathon)

My standard European 2-pin plug didn't fit here ,unlike my hotels in Fribourg and Interlaken. However, the amazing front desk girl saved the day and provided the solutions. Great service! Because the room windows face the main road, traffic noise from passing cars can be noticeable at night.
