Waldstätterhof Swiss Quality Hotel

Location is excellent, just next to Lucerne Station. The flat path to the hotel makes it very convenient for travellers with heavy luggage. McDonald's is right beside the hotel, and there are also Coop and Migros supermarkets nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Guests also receive the Lucerne Visitor Card, which is valid from the arrival date until 5:00 a.m. on the day after departure. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The hotel has central air conditioning, and a portable fan is provided in the room. The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated and includes a separate shower cubicle. I especially liked the electric blackout shades, which effectively block sunlight in the late evening and early morning. There are plenty of charging points available throughout the room. Other facilities include a soft bed, hairdryer, mirror, TV, safe, umbrella, desk and chair, towels, a strong shower, a hanging rack, and a coffee machine. A kettle is available upon request.

The shower cubicle is quite small, approximately 1 m × 1 m. Be careful not to bump into the walls while showering. The water temperature also fluctuates slightly. There is no refrigerator in the room.

The location is very good, near the railway station and swan square.

The door can’t lock inside, the servant can enter room with her card directly.

Room was super clean and the staff was very good. Breakfast was really good.

There are some bars outside. People hang out till 3 am and they are very noisy. I could not get sleep until 3:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.
